Here at Holiday Parcel, we strive to bring your friends and family excitement and joy over the holidays and other special occasions.  We offer personalized high-quality letters sent directly to children from some of their favorite characters throughout the year.  Whether it is a letter to your child from Count Dracula on Halloween, a letter from the Tooth Fairy when a child loses a tooth, or even a love note to that special someone from Cupid on Valentine’s Day.  All our letters are customized based on sender/receiver personal information, which make our letters unique and a gift that will be cherished for many years to come.

 

Frequently Asked Questions 

What is the cost of each letter?  Each letter costs $7.95 with free shipping in the United States.  Please contact us about international orders. 

When will I receive my letter?  Letters are typically sent out a few days after purchase.  We advise to purchase the letter a few weeks in advance to ensure you have it ready for the occasion.  For example, if you would like to give a letter on Halloween (October 31), then we suggest purchasing in the beginning of October.  Please be patient as we customize and pack each letter by hand to ensure the highest quality.  We do not take responsibility for letters ordered less than a week from targeted holiday date, which may be delayed due to postal service, mail carrier or other unforeseen circumstance.

Who are your letters from?  Our letters are sent from a character associated with a specific holiday or occasion.  For example, Christmas letters are sent from Santa Claus, Valentines Day letters are sent from Cupid, etc. 

Can I choose what is written in the letter?  All our letters come standard with customized personalization’s tailored to the person sending and receiving the letter.  However, at this time the content of the letter cannot be changed.

How do I order a letter?  To order a letter, please go to the specific holiday, character or occasion you are interested in.  Fill out a few questions (e.g., name, hometown, gender, etc.) and submit your information.  Once payment is processed, your letter will be created and shipped.

Do you make customized letters for holidays or events not listed?  Please contact customer support (Support@HolidayParcel.com) with additional details and we will do our best to accommodate your specific needs.

What is the return/cancellation policy?  Since each letter is a customized design for each individual, returns are not accepted.  However, cancellations are accepted if notified within 24 hours of purchase.  Please email customer support (Support@HolidayParcel.com) to cancel your order.

Do you offer discounts for bulk orders?  Please contact customer support with additional details and we will do our best to accommodate your specific needs. 

Are other colors available when ordering a letter?  We do our best to stay consistent when providing colors based on your order.  However, there may be instances where the exact color is not available and we do our best to fulfill the order using a similar color.  If you have specific requests, please email or chat with us for additional help. 

Are your characters and letter always the same?  We are constantly updating our characters list and adding different letters to each holiday/occasion.  Please continue to check back occasionally for new and exciting additions to our site.
